A 15% restocking charge along with all freight will be assessed on all refunds, refusals, returns and cancellation.

Shortage claims and/or returns will not be accepted after 10 days of shipments. BuythePallet will not accept any products back or give credit, if it is not in the original packaging. All claims and/or shortages must also be submitted directly to the freight carrier. Make sure that you count the pallets and the boxes before singning the bill of lading. BuyThePallet will not be held responsible for any errors made by you or the freight carrier.

We will not entertain any refund, return or credit on any physically damaged goods.
