Freight operations will be handled seperately (not included in the online order). The online order is charged for the items only.
The Customer will be held responsible for transportation costs from the distribution center(s) and/or warehouse(s). We provide you with an option of taking any other shipping company other than the one we use. All claims and/or shortages must also be submitted directly to the freight carrier. Make sure that you count the pallets and the boxes before signing the bill of lading. BuyThePallet will not be held responsible for any errors made by you or the freight carrier.
We encourage all buyers to do a physical inspection prior to shipping.
